01. About Me
I'm a Data Analyst who enjoys turning information into something people can actually understand and use, from business analysis and reporting to interactive dashboards and data-driven insights. My path into data analysis didn't begin with dashboards or datasets. It started with working closely with technology and business processes, where I learned the importance of accuracy, organization, and understanding the problem behind the data before looking for the answer.
My experience in IT Support & Operations began at Fidson Healthcare Plc, where I supported users and day-to-day enterprise technology operations. My responsibilities included troubleshooting, Windows Server support, Active Directory access and account-related activities, and technical documentation, giving me practical experience with the systems and processes that support business operations.
I've also worked in Business Intelligence, using data to help teams see performance more clearly. At Fidson, I worked on data extraction, cleaning and formatting, Excel analysis, Power BI dashboards, and presentations, turning business information into clear outputs for teams and stakeholders.
At Expadox Labs, I work in AI automation, building and contributing to practical workflows that connect tools and simplify business processes. My experience includes working with n8n, Ollama, FastAPI, Supabase, and Streamlit, giving me hands-on exposure to workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions.
I enjoy exploring how technology can reduce repetitive work and turn manual processes into more practical, connected workflows.
